Tracey Stirling of Blessed Bee Therapy began practicing bee venom therapy in 2010 shortly after obtaining her first hive, in an attempt to find relief for chronic asthma. Besides the bronchodilating effects of bee venom, what she found were huge increases in energy, stamina, joy, well being, deeper sleep, immediate pain relief and boosts in the immune system. This inspired her to learn more through self-education while practicing on herself, her family, and friends.
In 2012 she attended the American Apitherapy Society's annual conference where she studied the practical application of bee venom therapy and Apitherapy for a variety of conditions. At the end of the conference she received the highest exam score among more than 100 participants.
Immediately after attending the conference she opened her practice Blessed Bee Apitherapy to the community. To this day she still marvels at the idea that people thank her to sting them! Tracey resides in Grass Valley, California with her husband, 2 homeschooled children, goats, chickens, ducks, dog, cats, goose, and of course her bees.
